5 plug "right angle" Daisy Chain
The 5 plug daisy chain plugs into the end of the cable from a 9v ac adapter (DC current), you can then power up to 5 pedals at once from the one ac adapter. How many pedals can I power from a single power supply?
When choosing an ac adapter to use with the daisy chain, make sure the current (miliamps, mA) of the adapter is rated above the total current draw from your pedals. Most pedals draw ~5-40mA each, and the ac adapter sold for pedals gives out 500mA, plenty to power 5 pedals.
